Return

Any product purchased from our store can be returned or exchanged for a similar product in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

The return or replacement of the product is carried out within 14 calendar days from the moment of delivery of the product.

To be able to return the product, the following conditions must be met:

• There are no signs of use on the equipment.
• Availability of all factory labels/markings.
• Complete set of goods.

All claims about the quality of water, taste, smell and other properties of water purified with this filter are accepted only if there is a confirming report of the analysis performed by an accredited research laboratory.
